Inside the program
Little kids are wired to move — we turn that energy into skills. Build Alpha Kids brings fun, fast-paced multi-sport sessions straight into your childcare centre, building coordination, confidence and a genuine love of active play from the very first session.
Every session is run by qualified coaches in a safe, nurturing environment, with games designed for growing bodies and short attention spans. Kids learn to run, jump, throw, kick and catch — and they're laughing the whole way through. More than fifty childcare centres and early learning centres across South-West Sydney trust Build Alpha Kids — and we'd love yours to be next.
There are two simple ways to run it. Your centre can book us on a flat fee, so sport becomes part of the program for every child — or we run it as an opt-in program where families pay a simple session-package rate. Either way, our coaches handle the sessions end to end and your educators don't lift a thing.
- Fundamental movement skills — running, jumping, throwing, catching
- Social skills and confidence through team games
- Sessions built for short attention spans and big imaginations
- Safe, nurturing coaching from qualified, kid-first coaches
- Delivered in-centre — zero extra admin for your team
On the ground
What a session actually looks like
Coaches arrive at your centre with every bit of equipment and set up before the kids come out — your educators don't lift a thing.
The session runs as games: a warm-up chase, skill stations for kicking, throwing, catching and balancing, then a whole-group game to finish.
Rotations are short and everything is scaled for two- to five-year-olds, so every child is in the game the whole way through.

Good to know
Questions we get asked
Who pays — the centre or the families?
Either works. Your centre can book us on a flat fee so every child takes part as part of the program, or we run it as an opt-in program where families pay a simple session-package rate. Most centres pick whichever fits their community — we'll talk it through when you enquire.
Do our educators need to run or supervise anything?
No. Our coaches arrive with every bit of equipment, set up before the kids come out, run the session and pack down after. Your educators stay in ratio as normal — that's the only thing we ask.
How do sessions fit the EYLF?
Session plans are EYLF-aligned and built around fundamental movement skills — running, jumping, throwing, catching and balancing — with turn-taking and group play woven through. We're happy to walk your director through how the sessions map to your program.
What ages do you coach in centres?
Ages two to five. Rotations are short, games are scaled for growing bodies and short attention spans, and every child is in the game the whole way through — it's coaching, not spectating.
What do you need from us to start?
A space to play — indoors or out — and your preferred day and time. Tell us your centre, your ages and roughly how many kids, and we'll come back with a quote within one business day.
